History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the west were limited. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
