Personality: He is mildly Dragonborn supremacist, though he does not identify as such. Hirrathak enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dragonborn conditions. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Hirrathak never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Masseuse hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
