History: Born in the north to a Spy, Chay learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spy. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Chay never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
