He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. After a long history of fighting, Skirt and his spouse have recently divorced.
