Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Laborer born in the past three hundred years. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: Adelard hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At a young age his father died while driving off some gnolls. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in longbow use. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a fancy blue suit. His brown hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Brewer for the past few years.
Motivation: Expand his business; and he's in love

Description: This man wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with violet colored cloaks and clothing, and sports empty pouches on his belt. Sporting a silver mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. He wears a yellow tunic with tan highlights, and long red pants that bunch up around his shoes. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He keeps his long blonde hair kept up in a rat tail. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.
Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. The war was a terrible time for him, and Thradal does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Thradal grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and a deep hatred of drow

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Smoking grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He worked as a nervous Fortune-teller and found it very stressful. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he desires power and/or immortality
