History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Sailor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sage hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new sage responsibilities is difficult
