History: He was born in a small desert village. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Smoking alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Barkeep for the past few years.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Halander fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
