His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: He comes from a rich western family. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Rimple alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and a deep hatred of illithids

Personality: Altho speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. After a long history of fighting, Altho and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. The war was a terrible time for him, and Thervan does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in the north. When Thervan reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Layabout.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is unsatisfied with his job
