Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. The war was a terrible time for him, and John does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: This exceptionally lanky man has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his red robe. His red fur is long and unkept. He is baby faced.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Shadow was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Shadow decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: He is a mite stocky and is dressed in a clean tan cloak covering his clean studded leather. His tied-back hair is red. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born in the north. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He's also a talented Engraver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Orc artifacts is his passion; and expand his business

History: He was born in the south. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Servant.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new servant responsibilities is difficult

His black hair is singed and shortened. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Shipwright. He struck the Shipwright job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and wants to open a new tavern
