History: Serpent was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
