Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty violet coat over it. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His ears are large.

Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. After a long history of fighting, Oren and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and a strong sense of loyalty to halfling people

Description: He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He carries with him a set of axes, each one with a opal on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His chestnut hair is greasy and uncared for. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Wiggens fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and retire the richest man in the south

Description: He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat. He sports a flattop hair cut. This violet eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and to clean up the streets

Description: Standing 3'4", this man wears bulky red painted plate armor. His tied-back hair is blonde. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shepherd for hire.

Motivation: To be a Map Maker again; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: Anthony is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Born in the east to a Scribe, Anthony learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Bookbinder, but he got bored and became a Scribe. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and money/treasure
