History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When Wiggan reached his early adolescence his Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: Tûkâ hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Tûkâ was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
