History: Baradad was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Dimble hails from a village terrorized by drow. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Dimble was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: He is a Doppelganger in disguise. A freak accident while working with his Dyer mother left him crippled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. A true patriot, Varis would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
