History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, William has worked very hard to control his curse. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Drifting grew up listening to his father's many stories. His first spouse was a Knight, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He tends to his Sailor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now owns his own business.
