History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mayor. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mayor.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and balancing his hectic life and new mayor responsibilities is difficult
