Personality: Thorin wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Locksmith they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Bounty Hunter, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Alvyn was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of gnolls

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gifted student he started as a Soapmaker, but he got bored and became a Apothecary. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
