His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Faran abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born into a rich family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born in the west. Whurbin was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Architect. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and money/treasure
