Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Gorbundus hails from a village terrorized by giants. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Gorbundus was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.
