Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears brown painted combat armor at almost all times. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair is long and black with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Kugáluga was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, John was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, John and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Assassin. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is a great chef.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.
