Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Through the years after Chad was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Chad's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
