History: Born to a Jeweler, his father struggled to pay the bills. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Oskar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
