Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Mantus embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Mantus lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and wants to raise his children well

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.
