Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. After coming to the age of reason, Pallabar took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
