History: Bertram was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He found a children's book about a Halfling Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and to settle down with his crush

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Butcher. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
