History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. After coming to the age of reason, Peter took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Burgell never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
