History: Veit lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Paelias grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Paelias. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Oppleby liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Krimp was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His parents enrolled him in a Warlock school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and someone believes him a fraud
