He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. The war was a terrible time for him, and Wiggan does not often speak of it. Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born in the south. His childhood dream was to be a Baker, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
