Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Borun alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against dire rats
