History: Gifted from a young age, Veit studied abroad. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Veit fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Gorbundus lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Bather, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Everard hails from a village terrorized by brigands. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Gardener. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and wants his loneliness to end

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears white trousers with blue and tan striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is content
