His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His hair is short and blonde. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his scimitar, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. He keeps his long white hair kept up in a rat tail. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears baggy brown pantaloons and a white scarf. He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. He has gleaming, smiling brown eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Aelar embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Aelar hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Through the years after Aelar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Aelar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: A 5'8" western man, he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing pastel cape and mantle trimmed with soft white waves gently in the breeze. His white hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. This blue eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
