History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Cimer alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now mingles about in high society.

The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
