Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty violet coat over it. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. This black eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Born in the west to a Banker, Iados learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears an entirely brown suit with pastel socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His bronze crest is still thick. His gold eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to be a merchant again
