Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.

History: Gifted from a young age, Great studied abroad. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
