History: Qualen lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and sabotage a competitor

He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
