Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Ruler born in the past three hundred years. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Radomir alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has worked as a Ruler like his mother before him.
