Personality: Hugh is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents enrolled him in a Aristocrat school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
