History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fisher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He bought a shortspear and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work.
