Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He tends to wear a yellow poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. This hazel eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. A true patriot, Quarion would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When Quarion reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Navigator for hire.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His brown fur is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Painter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Painter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Painter.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he tends to wear a large tan jacket. His white hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Peter grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Peter. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 6'1". He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with brown colored cloaks and clothing, and his gloved hand is found clutching a spear. He has no hair. His violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting gnolls, the young Trey began to lead the lost caravan. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and many gnolls want him driven away

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he dresses in violet turtlenecks beneath a green coat with black slacks. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: Nim was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Adventurer. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Adventurer.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and balancing his hectic life and new adventurer responsibilities is difficult
