Description: This late middle aged man prefers to wear flannel and is in decent physical shape. His brown hair and beard is wavy and long. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Halander was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A gifted student he started as a Bellfounder, but he got bored and became a Barrister. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barrister.

History: Born to a Map Maker, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
