His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. History: The child of a Miller, who enjoyed hunting, Joser was taken on many hunting expeditions. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Weaver work with an outfit from a few towns over. Weaver work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion
