He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Tomi lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. His first spouse was a Masseuse, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and doesn't want to be a layabout and was forced into it by his family
