Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hubert grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hubert. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Born in the north to a Fisher, Cask learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills.
