History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Skak was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Scribe.

Personality: He hates Gnomes with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Sporting a silver mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Gell is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born to a Baker, his father struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Gell was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Gell's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's also a talented Baker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
