Description: He stands about 4'3" and wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length brown hair. His violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. A true patriot, Gilthur would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He became a Bowyer soon after.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He prefers to wear flannel. His head has been shaved. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.
Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Roge took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up crossbow and armor he uses now. He tends to his Fletcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: To be a Banker again; and many dire rats want him driven away

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Solomon grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tricking grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Tricking alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Tricking was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he wants revenge against brigands

Description: This man wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. At a young age his father died while driving off some brigands. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in greataxe use. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Fenriz fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands; and many brigands want him driven away
