Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
