Description: This late middle aged man dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner and is in decent physical shape. His golden hair is braided into rings. This amber eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. A true patriot, Torz would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Torz grew up listening to his father's many stories. Torz abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His hair is cut close to his head. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Armorer business.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To be a Merchant again; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
