Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
