Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Osco embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Osco grew up listening to his father's many stories. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Baker. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Carpenter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now mingles about in high society.
