Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Born to a Servant, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lance grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lance. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Description: He is a husky man, who wears brown trousers with green and white striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. He sports a flattop hair cut. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: Paelias wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Commoner, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He got into the Cook business at a young age. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has achieved small success as a Cook.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and he wants to get laid

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has wavy cinnamon fur. His yellow eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
