Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His brown hair is still thick. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. The war was a terrible time for him, and Pallabar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance.
